Ebû İs?â? ez-Zeccâc Kitâbu Fe‘altü ve Ef‘altü adlı bu eserinde Araplarca fe‘altü ve ef‘altü vezinlerinde kullanılan fiilleri ele almaktadır. Bu fiilleri anlam değişikliği bulunanlar ve anlamında değişiklik olmayanlar şeklinde incelemektedir.

Ebû İs?â? al-Zejjâj, in his work called Kitâbu Fealtü ve Efaltü, deals with the verbs used in fealtü and efaltü meters by Arabs. He examines these verbs as those with a change in meaning and those with no change in meaning.
