Prof. Dr. Mustafa Fedai ÇAVUŞ received BA in Economics from Çukurova University, MA and PhD degrees in Business from Selçuk University, Turkey. He is a full-time Professor of Management and Strategy at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Management Information Systems, Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Turkey. His research interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, managerial psychology and small business and entrepreneurship. He authored or co-authored over 100 scientific and professional articles.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe GÖKÇEN KAPUSUZ graduated from Nigde University, Turkey in 2008. She completed University Texas at San Antonio (UTSA)s Intensive English Program in 2009 and had MBA degree from New Mexico State University, in 2011. She received PhD degree in Business, in 2016, from Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Turkey. She is an Associate Professor of Management and Strategy at the Faculty of Tourism in Beyşehir, Department of Tourism Management, Selcuk University, Turkey. Her research interests include management and organization, organizational behavior, managerial psychology. She published several national and international scientific publications.
